Ladies Aid Reorganized

In August of 1988, ladies of the church were
notified that Ladies Aid was starting up again
after years of absence.  Everyone who could
donate their time was welcome.  Eleven women
attended the first meeting;  after that we had as
many as 16.  With the passing of time and mem-
bers, our attendance was low - only 5.  But with
hope and just asking, new members came in.
Our prayers had been answered; our faith renewed.
We have counted Fulmer's cash registed tapes to
receive 1% of the total.  Some of our ladies quilt for
hire to add to our treasury.  Other ladies make
comforts for "Bay's Village" in Smithville, Ohio.
But most of all, we enjoy the fellowship of working
for the Lord in providing quilts for some, and
comforts for others.  Feel free to join us!
In God's love,
Irene Roser
