We used colored balloons to symbolize the negative
emotions we carry with us.   That white balloon is a
positive one.  It's pretty hard to hold onto positive ones
when you're holding all the negative ones, too.
So why not let go of the bad ones?
We know of someone who will take them
off our hands if we just let it happen
(no, it's not Sam!)
